Just a quick note to say how impressed I was with the service that you gave.
The frame arrived in excellent time an very well packaged, and the fitting instructions on the email you sent were very welcome.
I very much appreciated the small details such as including the needle, thread and other fixings.

The finished product looks great in my office – see attached.
