Radius of about 100 miles from Peterborough, personal delivery available for large orders, large custom framing or specialist AR or museum glass framed Artwork or Shirt Framing
How Long Will My Order Take?
We aim to get your framing into the workshop within about 48 hours after placing your order/receiving your items for framing.
We are working up to 7 days a week and most orders go into the workshop a few days after ordering and orders are dispatched the next business day, but because your item is custom made for you, we are not able to give a time or specific date for goods despatched, though delivery is normally quick.
In most cases delivery be within 7-14 days.
You will be notified when your order has gone into the workshop and when it's been dispatched.
P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Cancelling an order
You are ordering custom framing once an order is submitted it cannot be cancelled.
Return policy
Simply, if your order arrives with defects or is damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge.
At Anything Framed we always do our best to provide a finished product of impeccable quality. We hope you'll be thrilled with everything you order from us. At the same time, we realise that even we can't please all of the people all of the time!

Unless frames they're faulty, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange because all goods are custom, personalised and made-to-measure/order goods.
We will have gone to a lot of trouble to make your frames exactly to your specifications, and they will not be re-usable for any other purpose.
We go the extra effort with our packaging so your frame arrives in perfect condition, but in the event, your frame does arrive damaged please rest a sure we will arrange a repair or replacement very quick.
For damaged goods please contact us via email, include the reason the for return and we will arrange a repair or replacement.
Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it.
To make sending things back as painless as possible, we've designed our returns procedure to be quick and easy.
Returns procedure
1. Email or give us call and with a reason for the return.
2. As soon as we receive your request for a return, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to us.
3. Once we receive your returned order, we will repair or replace as required.
Please Note:
- Goods must be returned in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging.
- We cannot, unfortunately, refund shipping costs for orders, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
