Dear Steve,

We picked up the package from the Parcelforce depot on Friday. You have done a superb job and I’m really chuffed with the finished article.

I will certainly recommend you to anyone looking to have anything framed and visitors to my house will doubtless ask me where I had the work done. I must say, dealing with you has been a delight.
