- Always measure photo or art in the landscape way up.
- We would prefer measurements in millimeters (mm) but you can use Inch’s and we will convert into millimeters (mm).
- Using a metric ruler
The only measurement you need is the full Width x Height of the item to be framed.
Looking at the photo the landscape way up, place a ruler or tape measure on one edge of the item, measure from one side to the other side.
1st the Width
2nd the Height

The measurements are 150mm x 101mm (Width x Height)
Select the closest Size, in this example it will be option 6" x 4" (152 x 101mm).
Your Exact size would be 150mm x 101mm.
You would use the Landscape setting when ordering.
This example is a portrait photo but still measured landscape way up.

Select the closest Size, in this example it will be option 10" x 8" (254 x 203mm).
Your Exact size would be 253mm x 178mm.
